rudderHere’s a Free personal finance tool that I haven’t used but whose concept I really like.  The basic philosophy behind Rudder is to give you the information you need to make sound decisions today.  In other words, it helps you answer the question, ‘How much can I spend or save today?’  This is certainly good to know (especially if you’re trying to stick to a budget) and rudder does this by securely linking to your existing financial data.  By analyzing upcoming income and expenses it outputs a What’s Left figure to represent any remaining discretionary funds.  You can log into the site for a daily snapshot or have it delivered right to your inbox…probably a good way to start the day.  From the looks of things they’ve taken pains to ensure privacy and security and appear to take both quite seriously.

Has anyone out there had a chance to try this service?  What has your experience been like so far?
