Ask Metafilter

ask-metafilterLike so many things on the web Expert Sites come in a range of flavors and level of quality.  I use several.  One of the consistently best of these is Ask Metafilter.  This self titled ‘Community Weblog’ has an active and robust member base that makes getting information on just about anything a virtual guarantee.  In fact, the database of questions and answers is already so extensive I can’t remember needing to post a question – almost invariably someone else had beaten me to it and received several good responses.  Not all advice should be taken for granted, but when enough experienced people or subject matter experts chime in that’s often a good indication you’ve found what you’re looking for.

Oh.  And just as an added bonus…I’ve noticed the pages on this site lend well to printing.
